 Pastor Ralph Warren |
Pastor Ralph Warren is our Senior Pastor. He has been pastoring since 1988 and has been with Lake County Baptist Church since 1996. His wife Ginny teaches at Lake County Baptist School and serves as our church pianist, Sunday School teacher, and nursery worker. They have two children, John and Amy, both students at Bob Jones University. |
| Pastor Timothy Kowach came to Lake County Baptist Church in 1994, serving as the Youth Pastor. In 1998, he became the Associate Pastor and in 2001 additionally took on the role of School Administrator of Lake County Baptist School. His wife Jennifer is a nurse and participates in several of the church programs, including the choir and nursery ministries. They have two daughters, Kayla and Amber. |

Pastor Rick Melvin joined our staff as Youth Pastor in the fall of 2004. Pastor Melvin also teaches full-time at Lake County Baptist School. His wife Michelle is a graduate of, and teacher at, Lake County Baptist School. She also works with our church adult choir, is a church pianist, works in children's church and assists Pastor Melvin with the teen group. They have a newborn daughter, Katelyn. |
| Pastor David Bermudez pastors our Spanish church, Templo Bautista del Condado del Lago. He and his family lived in Venezuela until 2001. His wife Rossier works in the Lake County Baptist School cafeteria, assists Pastor David with the Spanish ministry and additionally helps in our church nursery. They have two children, Kaleb and Nathalie. |
